We operate primarily on an appointment basis, however we also accommodate emergency cases. and try our best to accomodate walk-ins. If you are going to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide 6 hours notice to avoid being charged for the visit. We do however understand that your pet may hide on the day of the scheduled visit and that emergencies to happen. Call us to let us know if you need to reschedule and we can help schedule you during our convenient hours. We have some evening appointment hours and Saturdays available too!
Payment for veterinarian services is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit and have Extend Credit available for certain cases. Please feel free to inquire about our payment methods. We will always provide written estimates for services and often provide multiple services and pet packages. Please Note: We ask that you have your pet on leash upon entering the vet hospital. This way, you can prepare for any unpredictable reactions from your pet or that of another. We have a pet controlled entry and exit from exam rooms to minimize any conflicts and also keep doggies separated from our kitty friends. Our goals is to keep your pet happy, safe and comfortable during their visit.
